Product return reasons are any reasons to why product was returned. For example, this may include damages or regular returns.

How to Make a New Price Basis Record

  1. Click the command button New on top bar.
  2. Specify record number for the record, the system can select a number or the user can create their own.
  3. Add information- Name and GL Account information [see GL Accounts.
  4. Click the command button Save on top bar when finished.

How to Assign a Price Basis to a Product

  1. Go to Records>Product>Records More Panel.
  2. Click the drop down arrow and click the price basis.
  3. Add the Basis weight or measurement.

Additional Record Information

Reports Panel

This segment shows any reports related to the Price Basis. The selected report can be changed under the Report segment at the bottom and by the time period. The reports shown here can be sent to both the printer and excel.
