Known Shortage Report (KSR)

Often required by stores like 7-Eleven, the Known Shortage Report (KSR) is a high level report that auto prints for stores activated on Business Transformation, a field available in SAP to identify stores. After the driver edits (if necessary) and accepts the pending invoice, this report, which lists any items shorted from the main order for any reason, will print. The KSR contains the same header info as an invoice.

Enable KSR

  1. Navigate to Records > Customer > Chains.
  2. Check the box next to Requires known shortage report to enable the report.
