The Need delivery documents queue in the Order Tracker lists all in-process orders that currently need delivery documents. The delivery documents are the printed orders that can be used for drivers who are delivering them manually (without a handheld running eoMobile or a tablet running eoTablet)
To print the delivery documents, highlight a range of orders to be printed, and click the "Print delivery documents" button. The list may be sorted by clicking on the column headers in the grid or filtered using the filters at the bottom of the screen. The printouts will automatically sort based on driver and then by delivery sequence.

Drivers who use a handheld or a tablet for delivering orders can be configured so their orders will skip over the delivery documents queue by unchecking the "Delivery documents required" check box on the employee's more panel.
