Area Records

Added with the Odwalla Plugin, Area records are part of the sales hierarchy for customers.

How to Create a New Area

Area Record
  1. Go to Records > Customers > Sales Hierarchy > Areas.
  2. Click New.
  3. Specify a number by either selecting a provided number or entering a new one.
  4. Enter the Name.
  5. Click Save.


Customers Panel

This panel lists the customers this area is assigned to.

  • Show erased customers - Click this link include erased customers in the grid.
  • Map - Check this box to display the assigned customers' locations in Google maps.

Reports Panel

This panel shows any reports related to Area records. For more information, see Reports Panel.
